Jeremy Kyle
PersonJeremy Kyle is a television presenter and host on TalkTV and TalkRadio. He previously hosted The Jeremy Kyle Show on ITV from 2005 until 2019, when ITV axed the programme following the death of guest Steve Dymond, who was found dead a week after appearing on the show to take a lie detector test over alleged infidelity. At an inquest in 2024, Dymond's son told the court that his father had said Kyle "egged on" the audience to boo him; Kyle denied this. The coroner found no clear link between Dymond's appearance on the show and his death, recording a verdict of suicide. Kyle has repeatedly expressed sympathy for the Reform party, and described Reform leader Nigel Farage as "authentic" and representing "millions of hard-working people". He has also confirmed that he voted Reform, and has left open the possibility of standing as a Reform MP. An Ofcom investigation is ongoing against Kyle (as of August 2026) over a December 2025 segment on his Talk show in which he interviewed a Global Warming Policy Foundation representative without disclosing the organisation's lobbying role, described net zero as "an ideological dream" and used Reform's phrase "Net Stupid Zero", and called Energy Secretary Ed Miliband "the most dangerous man in England"; all without challenge or balancing viewpoint.
