Leo Kearse is a Scottish stand-up comedian, YouTube content creator and GB News commentator who hosted the now-axed Headliners show multiple times per week. He previously stood as Reclaim Party candidate for Glasgow Pollok in the 2021 Scottish Parliament election. Hope Not Hate identified an anonymous Telegram account belonging to Kearse, on which he called to defend “white Christian nationalist” Ukraine against “globohomo multiculti Islamified Russia”. The same account contained posts promoting racist pseudoscience about white people having "increased intelligence", and was contained other racist, homophobic and misogynistic slurs targeting multiple ethnic groups. GB News did not remove Kearse following the revelations.
