Howard Cox is a political campaigner and founder of FairFuelUK, a lobby group campaigning to freeze fuel duty and oppose vehicle emissions regulations, which he founded in 2010. In 2022 it was reported that Cox, while serving as contact for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Fair Fuel for UK Motorists and Hauliers, was also a director of a company marketing a fuel additive product. He stood as Reform UK's candidate in the 2024 London mayoral election, finishing fifth with 3.1% of the vote, before leaving Reform and joining Advance UK's College in August 2025. Following Advance UK's dissolution in June 2026 he became Transport Spokesman for Restore Britain.
